Founded by Karrine Muhammad, this practice was born from both deep personal loss and profound lived experience. From supporting births at a young age, volunteering on maternity floors, and standing bedside with families during labor, to birthing eight children naturally herself, Karrine brings wisdom that cannot be taught in textbooks alone.
 

Her approach to doula care is grounded in peace, family, and advocacy ensuring mothers feel safe, informed, respected, and empowered throughout pregnancy, labor, birth, postpartum, and beyond. As a Full-Spectrum Birth Doula in training (GBDN) with additional training in breastfeeding support, CPR, and First Aid, Karrine blends evidence-based education with intuition, presence, and real-world experience. She also provides bereavement doula support, honoring families navigating loss with gentleness and dignity.
 

Serving Middle Georgia and surrounding communities, including rural areas with limited maternity care access, Karrine is deeply committed to education, resources, and advocacy so families never feel alone during one of life’s most vulnerable moments.
